Management treat's employees as their slave's and getting our monthly salary is a big deal for us. In this case it might be a dream for getting increment, bonus, and promotion.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
