Nothing.. there are other better companies outside to work with …..Even lower level companies would be better than this . Incase you are joining this organisation make sure you know how to butter the HR team and one of their special manager who is adopted by the company. If not you won’t be able to survive

HRs will directly ask you to keep yourself close to their adopted guy who is a special treatment person there and keep him happy or else resign from the company .
