The work, the industry wide recognition, free live up skilling trainings, free certifications from Oracle which costs hundreds of dollars for people not working in Oracle, people are nice and manager is very chill, no fix working hours, you can work for few hours at your own convenience as long as the work is getting done, it’s veryeasy to take leaves. Raises are not consistent, they didn’t provide raises in 2023, the raises in 2024 was good for some, excellent for very few but very poor for most
