1 - Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. In the LOB i worked, There are no benefits , ,hike, appraisal no additional activities it's always just work and work with micromanagement and stress. Will be told as where to sit, timings and rules to go to lunch, with the people whom you have to go to lunch and have to provide justification for every action taken just like a school.

The leave policy.
Nothing is good. More powers to managers and less to hr's. Even if HR policy is to come office 2 days but due to managers ego you may come 5 days also. And even for leave or wfh you have to email managers and take approval. Mangers themselves dont come to office but expects you too come.
