Work life balance is good. Job security aslo. Free transportaion.

Dislikes

There is No hike for 2 to 3 years, If they will give, max 5%. No career growth, Same work, Worst management, Very big Gap between management and Employee. Less onsite opportunities. Politics. Mad Managers. Dont work in Support. They will give good rating and they wont give hike. (More managers like Kattappas in OFSS support). No work from home for support people.

Work Details

Boring work. No help from managers(They dont know :) ). Managers have lack of knowledge about domain knowledge, So they never say they dont know and they wont help. Oracle policies are good, but management is worst.
