Accept or Reject?
12 YOE, and I am getting 601 grade (software engineer II - Associate) JPMorgan Chase with 29LPA as Fix.
Shall I opt-in and take this offer and role? I expected to get 602 at least with my YOE.
Pls advice JP folks. Thanks in advance.

Hey, congrats on the offer! Just curious...do you think the difference between 601 and 602 is really worth rejecting the offer?

@a product manager won't there be a dignity problem as less YOE colleague being 602 in a team?

It might just be a starting point, and you can always prove yourself and aim for the 602 in the future. The salary seems pretty solid too!

12 YoE and already cracked JPM means you can easily get 35-38 if you apply to more companies.
