Compensation is decent for a start in this organisation, but the growth here is significantly slow. Since it is a product based development, there are lot of procedures and approvals required for implementation and a lot of definitive process are been followed. I felt that there should be an effective knowledge portal such that it would be very easy for the freshers for training on the job and the pressure would be quite less for seniors.
