Compensation can be improved(especially for interns), internship process can be improved by having teams decide much ahead on what the intern will work on. The increments of single-digit are not optimal to keep top talent for long. Some products lack clear vision and many are sunsetting. Career growth is slow. There is no internal growth. High work life balance. If your getting more salary than your manager (as he working for long term in same company with less salary) then they will fire you. Lot of politics for promotion and salary hikes. They will hve product development and services teams but they are using these department to show their power and politics nothing else.
