The People were so supportive . Even when you are tenured everyone helps you. The environment is so good it feels you are in your Office. The Cafeteria Transport everything so good

Dislikes

The process which was hired for Training was very long . Then at the time of OJT we were told Client doesn't require much people . We were shifted to another process but it was a little difficult not everyone was able to understand Traning they made us wait and finally said no process is vacant asked to give resignation

Work - Life Balance is good , Job security is great , Average compensation better than regular industry standard.

Dislikes

No growth , No promotion , people literally spending their career in a company just by doing yes sir no sir , no development , poor work culture , extreme politics , favouritism not a good company to survive for more than a year.

I enjoyed my work with Optum . It is a good company and the environment is also great . Optum thinks about their employees very well. I'm thankful of the company for gave an opportunity to work with them.

Everything is good in optum but several things wasn't good in my Process(C&S).

No appraisal no hikes no promotion the management was not good they are not least bothered about their employees. Head office was in gurgaon but those people develop their self they will not give much importance to Hyderabad employees A part from IT sector if you randomly ask with any operational team you will get the same answer their is politics. The manager will change every year optum will provide a survey every year how the organisation is running for every employee but the manager will call us and they will take the control from us and fill the forms and give rating 5/5 for the organisation and for themself .If any onshore people is reading this please make this issue it's very bad for the organisation...Read More

Dislikes

Promotion and growth aren't attractive enough. Being a healthcare company, they have lots of security policies which sometimes might restrict learning and exploration opportunities with new tech.

No promotions , increment is 5-8% yearly. Promotion is impossible. Everytime change of hierarchy. Not stable. Work life balance is impossible if the manager is from India.

Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

Extreme work pressure with no target consideration. Unrealistic target expectations. Rude behaviour of TL's. Working for more than 8,9 hours ended up to get marked as halfday . No work life balance. Even after having flexi hours for login. Managers constantly ask employees to login before 9am.

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.
