The Manager and leadership are not cooperative with employee needs. OnSite requirements is given priority but not employees satisfaction. There is no job security in Optum. Be careful before joining Optum. Salary is low as per market standards

Dislikes

There is nothing good about this organization. Here people doesn't care about employee needs and mindset. The only thing this organization cares is stupid rules and protocols which it has set. Very bad place to work. You are only a slave in eyes of organization.

No growth, less hike, no promotion, lack of managerial support, Management issues a lot, client doesn’t want to know what challenges you gonna facing, lack of communications. Joined optum with enough skills and then after 2years skills slowed down, I am wondering where is my all skill sets
