Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Full freedom, no pressure and torcher, it's depends on your manager who you will get, full job security...no salary deduction during lockdown.

I enjoyed my work with Optum . It is a good company and the environment is also great . Optum thinks about their employees very well. I'm thankful of the company for gave an opportunity to work with them.

Everything is good in optum but several things wasn't good in my Process(C&S).

1.No salary hike as per market rates 2. Torture in case of pending work is left till eod.

Optim is good company for those people whom are fresher and want to learn about. Also if you are old and experience people in optim it's like a government company.

The working environment totally changed in past two year they are giving you a cap only in error even without five 5 previously they understand the situation now days all management tried to resign one by one and entire management is new

Management didn’t cooperative shift timing is different different in wfh is different and wfo is different and other team manager is behave rudely and inventory sending at hime no time they gave us on shift end time like a 12:50am if shift is over 1am

I don't like my manager because she use to do politics. That has effected my career, not only me most of the PPL are feeling same, even DM is more worst than my manager,if we complaint on her,next min she use to discuss wth her,wt is the use,company is good but this manager n DM are not worth..
