Using all new technologies, one can get a very good skills upgrade.

Dislikes

Work life balance - you have to start your day calls at 8 AM which will go till 11-12 Midnight, the last call of the day. Due to onshore offshore model, most you will be in calls all morning, evening and night. Work Culture: one of the worst I have seen, micro management, there is no freedom. But all these cons and pros are based on all projects in a particular org

Dislikes

Indian managers does micromanagement alot and favouritism always comes into picture due to that. Learning is preety slow as per market standards. If you want peaceful wlb and job security and can take hit on leaning and money, this is the organisation for you.
