I like everything in Optum like environment, working culture, management… As I joined here as a fresher that’s why I had to quit for salary hike but I really wants to join again after 2-3 years till then I’ll build myself with the full of knowledge and skills.🥰🫶

Work policy: There are 10 days RTO period ( Return to Office) in a month and rest of the days WFH.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Well managed working place, job secure no-one can fire you. As a claim processor target can easily met you get much free time for other work. Benefits also good

Dislikes

They gave incentives quarterly bases addon 5th month’s salary.

Work Details

I working till last year its amazing place for work, no pressure no harassment no-one can fire you without any valid reason. Overall its a good experience for me, well its my first company or I don’t know about as compare other but its nice
