There is nothing called professionalism ,there they had a very bad politics salary not paid in time , without no reason they will fire you, many employees have been done the same. There is no term called pf there they will deduct the amount but you will not get and many more.

1. The fast-paced environment sometimes meant that processes were less structured, which could lead to occasional inefficiencies, but even those were part of the learnings we had, and learned a lot as management student in this company to overcome such challenges

Here is the review about the company I have worked for hardly 4 months, because its not a company its a scam. They hire people and for the 1st month they don't pay. Why? Because they don't have any projects, any money, nothing. 2nd month they somehow manage to pay. By the 3rd month we all know about the company but its too late.by the 4th month, you know you won't get the salary but still try to do your best. And boom by the end of the month, they fire you without giving your 2 months salary. They deduct PF, double the PF amount but never pay the PF amount. I have even filed a case against them but they don't even bother. They have so many cases going on from the past and from the present too. They collect 2 - 3 Lakhs security cheque from the employees and later scare us that they will deposit the amount. For the developers, they collect same 2 - 3 lakhs with 10th, 12 and degree original certificates and don't return to them. After few months they fire you for no reason because they can't pay you and moreover collect that 2-3 lakhs from you as a penalty. Until and unless you pay them they dont return your certificates.
