Optimus has very limited policies, it would have been great to get the OT or incentives to earn some extra money. Also, the rewarding system is very common, you only get amazon vouchers. Repetition of tasks - Doing the same things on multiple platforms, sharing status updates, log time, etc.

Generally I was in a challenging situation where all works I need to grabbed from online mode where chances of making mistake increases for Hardware related part due to gapping between online and offline mode.
