My experience with Radial Code has been extremely disappointing. The management pressures students to work late hours, often from 2-3 AM, which is not only unreasonable but also detrimental to both physical and mental health. Moreover, the company doesn't respect personal boundaries, involving themselves in personal matters that arecompletely unrelated to work. The owner of the company is not good, He treats the employers like a slave and thinks of himself as Shahrukh Khan, He gives false promises to the student as well as employers, and there is no proper trainer who can teach things in a proper way, and the last thing the company owner has very arrogant.

Third class environment, the owner of the company treats his employees like slave, no work-life balance, no holidays and sometimes you have to work even on sundays, the owner Mr. Jeet Beniwal is very strict and he thinks he is the Shahrukh Khan of the company, He calls himself the creative director but he does not know creativity, He takes advantage of the employees because there is no other IT Companies exist in The Hisar City, First he gave paid training to the students by showing them false dreams and says they will become rich in the next two or three years, during training he makes the students work the whole day and after completing the training he lures them with the salary of ten thousand rupees, apart from it he makes a bond of 2 to 5 years with the students for about 2 to 4 lakhs, He is a fake owner, I don't recommend to join this company....Read More

I am very happy to work with radial code. It is an IT company which provides Training for designing and development of websites and apps. After Training they provide internship and job. Radial Code provides 100% job gurantee on 100Rs. Stamp Paper. they build future of unguided students , they provide counselling for free , thats the best thing about them.
