Don't Sign up for this Company. Indians are treated poorly by the management whenever a problem arises. There is a big lack of work-life balance. The timings are 12:30 to 9:30. They still send warning letters, even if you are a minute late. They force employees to work till 9:30 and don't provide cab services to ladiesckground-color: #fff5e4;">. Due to "cost-cutting" measures, there is a female engineer who must make a 20-kilometer trip by herself home alone by 9:30 night by public services</mark>. Out of a team of 20 people in the India team, 5 people have submitted their resignation in the last three months due to the managements hostility. The country manager handles everything because there is no HR. In a meeting aimed at reprimanding at the Indian staff, the management stated that they believe employees are replaceable. They claim to offer work from home but all requests go to country manager and they often deny requests...Read More
