I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Excellent infra structure laid down and work culture somewhat okay except work time 9.00 to 10.30 pm six days for Managers which make personal life absolutely disturbed, no late hour incentive or even food facility for managers. Compelling for Sunday working regularly without any facility which remained very painful .
