Opentext had acquisition with MF, where there is a lot of skills development and exploring new environment in terms of accounting and tools which we use in the production. If it is sure Opentext recruitment it would be work life balance and more benefits which employee can avail.

Dislikes

Discrimination, not supporting to maintain work life balance but pretend to say like demanding your subjects be frugal while living extravagantly. No Support from seniors nor proper trainings and handover, which indeed providing stress indirectly

No work life balance. No learnings, just rat race behind sprints. Favouritism at peak. Full politics. You will feel more like a slave rather an employee. You don't have any decision making power. No any job security. No any promotions. No salary hikes. They can layoff at any time. Toxic culture

Indian management, no proper hike , no futur plans goals nothing, very poor management, they think for 1 rupee hike also, main is layoff, no job security. I suggest don’t join this company.

They will call and say your access will be gone within few hours in Jan month . And congratulations you are laid off . Even if your performance is good in PIP . They will prepare some mutual agreement and you have to sign it . And your last working day will be after 2 months.

No mobility between teams. Kind of stuck to same team forever. Pay is well . Tech stack can be legacy since most are legacy products Integrated with aquired products.
