Working with OORJA is a waste of time, I felt this way, actually I worked in HR profile, and found the management here is not that good, especially the decisions of Mr. Rajendra Rathod. Some of negative points. 1-There is no work life balance. 2-No development in future. 3-Toxic work environment. My suggestion is that if you are unable to find a job then join Oorja, otherwise it is a complete waste of time....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
