Employees here are from last 30 years and still working.Its not just teams or employee we are family.company culture,job Security, alot of learnings together as well depends on persons performance as well.Working since almost a year now.There are so many plus points Indian MNC locations domains as well.

Not a good company for experience people in Autosar. 1.Strict office timing (9-6:30) which mean no flexibility. 2.Salary comes first working day of next month. 3.HR policy are worst. 4.Only EL they have which get credit by end of month. 5.No leave Encashment option. 6.No transprancy by hiring manager about work. 7. I would advise against joining this organization based on my experience. During my time there, they had no projects or clients to work on. Employees were forced to resign without notice, and there was no job security. Instead of being given meaningful work, they would place you on the bench, and then set up random interviews that had no relevance to your domain. If you didn’t clear them, you were let go. The HR team, particularly Saranya and Priyanka in the Chennai branch, lacked professionalism and treated employees poorly, with a condescending attitude. There was a clear lack of morale and respect, especially at the Chennai office, which made the work environment toxic. I spent 10 months in this company, during which I was mentally drained by constantly being assigned tasks outside my area of expertise. 1. Before interview they quote a CTC.after cracking the client interview they ask to leave current organisation you put paper. At the end they come with new drama they say .we can't give CTC which we quoted earlier we have another candidate for less CTC which they quote.so they reduce CTC..Mine went from 5.5LPA to 4LPA. Sadly took offer cuz I put paper. 2.now salary is not properly crediting ..I get 80% salary they say silly reason to for that not punched in and out. 3.HR are not going to support.this HRs they only take care of recruiting only.. 4. I worked on project .my product saved 16k$ for client got appreciation from mail. My client manager said you going get monitory benifits for this...but company gave 0 .also no appreciation mail from this people. 5.usually companies release new increment on MAY/JUNE....but in this company it's JULY..and it will start crediting 6.Usually service based company gives training.but this company given 0 training from past 1.5 year...
