All onward team members are polite behavior but client members are not well and also they are making harsh behavior and politics, not just for lockdown they are happing from the date of joining. work culture is very bad, they always used bad words in the office to start with each other. really it is the actual culture here ...(Kolkata Dhaulagar)

Almost I have been working 1.5 yr of experience in the onward group but till yet am not able to receive any salary increment or benefits from them. Therefore during the lockdown, I had come to the office with a rented CAR, and still, now I am coming to the office by my own bike without any allowances for reach on time but this CAR amount still pending, As well as I am the only one-man army responsible for supports along the whole side in the Kolkata location of the client project even then I have informed them lots of times regarding salary increment by mail but still, they did not respond. that is the major problem of onward group....not replying...Read More

I have been working alone on the client-side from my first days of joining and still now but yet not received any training from my team as well as any SOP kits. I just work here from my own experiences.
