I have been working at OneOrigin full-time for more than 4 years and i have enjoyed every bit of it. Good work culture(One of the best places to work). Great mentors and management who treat their employees as assets. Good pay structure and lots of other benefits too. Lots of opportunities at every level to learn, grow and contribute.

One origin is really open to innovation and we have a great opendoor policy, You can schedule a call with CEO if you want to, To discuss the anything. The hackathons are great source of knowlede. Groth here is exponential with right attitude we can do wonders. Here we are made to own anything we work on and thinking out of the of the box is very essential here to grow.

I work as a lead developer here, My day starts getting updates from my teammates to look into any blockers they have, Mentor freshers, Code reviews, and meetings.
