Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They have canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. Games: They have gaming space in office premises, they have variety of games like table tenni, carom board and many more. I have been working at Oneclick IT Consultancy for more than one year now and I am really glad I got the opportunity to work here. Within the span of 1 year I got to work on multiple domains and technologies. We are free to choose on which technology we want to work and management does excellent job in highlighting our requirements. Work-life balance is great with flexible timings.
