Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They have canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. Games: They have gaming space in office premises, they have variety of games like table tenni, carom board and many more. Infrastructure: Nice building and all necessary equipment and well organised laboratories with employee safety arrangements. In built medical facilities and annual medical checkups.
