Good working place and great enlivenment very good team. It's a product base company great client support and team members also.

Dislikes

Nothing for dislike omneelab because veri good supporting staff in omneelab and well qualified and professional also. Provide full help of all employee.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
