Hybrid model and that's all. HR doesn't know her responsibilities and KRA. They can remove/terminate any employee from the organisation without giving any reason. They have done to so many over the last past year.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
