It is an start up with a very bad management process. Although the workers are very friendly and helpful but there are alot of things which can be improved. The biggest con is that employees doesn't get paid on time, like the company is giving minimal salary to everyone that too getting late is a disastrous experience, we had to literally go to the director or CEO of the company to get 100 200 rupees for our daily food and commute. They sometimes give salary like 20 25 days late and that was such a horrific experience. The second big concern is the management group there, there is no leader available for any project every project is under CEO and he has appointed some POCs for every project but the concert here is that the appointed POCs are also either freshers or 1 year experience workers, we can not expect from them to be professional enough to communicate with client and give you feedback and if on any point they fail to do that they been scolded like anything. I would really hope that company grows but management needs to understand that if they want company to be bigger they need to take care of there employees and put them as there priority not the client coz employees will take care of your clients if you take care of your employees. I had worked there day n night and at the end of my tenure they have not even allowed me to say goodbye to my colleagues and there was no one who has been informed. That was depressing and they have not given me my last two months salary as well even when I have done nothing but the good for the company. They just provide a chance to get in IT. You can learn more because you have to do everything start to end.
