Omega Software Idea has very good plans in which we can add customers, so I like working in this company a lot and this is our top company, so customers like coming to this company a lot. All our keypads in it are according to our customers. Whatever plan the customer wants, we can give that to the customer. The customer wants service and above the service, all our 4G 3G benefits are very good.

I have learned a lot which is very helpful for me. Whatever experience there is in this. And this company is very helpful for the employees.

One thing which I like a little less is that its working every 9 to 7 total 11 every and for me its extra time because of some reason.

1. No skill development training is provided. 2. Managers are not into technology only with people management which causes poor skilled people's are hired. 3. Is now going towards typical service based company like Accenture interms of giving increment.

I have been in organization since past 1 year. Overall good organization for those who need to manage personal stuff as well. Some department provide wfh facility so no issue of relocation. Salary increment is minimal so not suitable for those seeking faster growth.

- Up to 20% variable - Poor work culture - No use of modern technologies, cause managers don’t understand them. - If you resign a day before variable payment date, you will loose it - Only good for people who are from Telecom background.

Team lead here are good who will support you but even they can't save you from draconian company policies which are applicable only to employees.

1. Policies that are only applicable for employees. 2. No salary slip. 3. No PF 4. No paid leave 5. Don' t expect relieving or experience letter even if you serve notice period. 6. Notice period starts when the company decides to start and not when you put the paper (as per their international law) 7. Owner run this company as per their whims and fancy

HR policy is very good and everyone is supportive specially my cross functional team likely every thing is good

Network need to be improved as we running business through distribution hence they are facing lot challenges in the market which every single call I need to involve requires at least on DST support so that we can managed the situation

Wonderful company till decided to merge with Idea. Wonderful work culture like not disturbing after office hours, on holiday or on leave. HSW policy is one of other best thing.

Merger with Idea . Thinking like Nokia did with Android similarly OMEGA software did with Jio entry- underestimated.
