I like about working at omega was office culture on initial days, the team i was worked previously with colleagues feels good. But not on recent days when I left omega. The situation i faced at the end is the reason I left, but if I didn't come across then i definitely won't leave.

Dislikes

Management decisions always uncomfortable, don't even get the individual's opinion. Use to play like football to kick out anywhere and that too no one has brain to think on there own always get others words, this always affects the individual's carrier growth in such way like salary and designation.
