Interview process and Salary package good only at the time of Hiring.

Dislikes

No preference for experienced employees and growth opportunity. There is very less scope for internal movement. Employees are not recognised for their updated skills.

Everyone will do job for their respect and for career growth financially wherein in the company both are missing, hence I wouldn't not suggest to work with Omega.
