I Enjoyed Working with Omega Healthcare. Very good place to start our carrier. It was first company which recruited me as a fresher and made me Experienced.

I dont have any queries with any Senior Head in the organization I used to Maintain a very healthy relationship with all my top level management people. But Only issue was Personal issues.

OBHG IS THE WORST TEAM ,IT WAS IN GROUND FLOOR ,QCs are very bad ,QC TL was so bad,his behaviour with employees was terrible,QC s didnt even give respect to Product TL ,Manager,They think they are main and their TL .Bad team .

Especially when it come to RMZ facility which is very bad Facility, i didn’t even thought omega will choose this kind of bad facility ever saw. Employees working In Rmz is around 600 peoples the office cafeteria seating will be 30 person only there is no other place available for eating dinner in night time, moreover the cafeteria is only with the cockroaches. There is no bathroom facility for bathroom we need to go 9th floor, i suggest ask the recruiter on the interview itself if they are hiring for DU1 i suggest avoid to work on DU1....Read More

When I worked at that company, the QC team member wasn’t supportive. He often discouraged people while evaluating our work performance. If we didn’t engage with him in the way he preferred, he would single us out. This negative environment eventually led me to leave the job.

According to my experience in omega...especially in my team they are literally trying to lay off my job in first 6 months like lot and lot of pressure in ED coding... while working in omega healthcare i lost my mental health and put me in under pressure.... i had a worst work experience in my team

Very worst interview process., they make simple wait for a hole day and they’ll tell u can leave for the day and come tomm , after the day also they’ll make wait us for the hole day again repeat. And also there is only one restroom for interviewer’s, and also that to be not clean and also they dont have tissue .I asked 2 more hr to provide tissue but they simply said we dont have u should use as well as .., and people dont do if they asked to come again and again the hr showing partiality for the reference people with gud position too much irritating HR peoples I request to omega helath care pls change the process and Hr also . Only thing I like is lot of opportunities there to learn new things about the work

I don't like production based salary here in integra connect, the hr did not explained it properly while recruitment. This is not 5 days of working shift they will say due to business requirements has to come office on weekends so sometimes no matter what need to work 7 days, lot of work pressure and more internal politics.

Hi all please don't join in DU 6 especially because all high level management people are in Bangalore they treat other locations staffs very worst, especially Chennai. If any one join in Chennai they will target the people and give mental pressure. For new joineess they won't give space to settle down, we need to stand behind for everything.
