Work culture is very poor as still management follows old method in all aspects… Example , office working person should not use mobile in production floor due to compliance issue , but WFH people will be having permanent mobile in their hand. They will make u work in weekends and if you are in nightshift. Extending is must and you have to do it for evryday till you work in this company. Also they won't provide u can while extending and you have to catch bus and go. You mental peace, your family, your friends and your personal life will be gone.
