As it's a old company, freshers can learn a lot here from old employees.

Dislikes

They have too strict timings, don't provide 10-15 mins of flexibility too, considering traffic situation in metro kind of cities. They have a strict half hour lunch policy, If you are taking food from canteen and due to crowd there, you receive your meals late, and you get little late in returning to desk, you will be questioned and they say it's your outlook how you manage that. Besides that they also except you to take lunch alone and not with team. They discourage team to take lunch together and their bonding. Family business kind of environment, micro management, no autonomy and flexibility, won't recommend for people coming from corporate or with good experience and new ideas. Culture is not up to the mark, employees can't put their views, if they put views they are not welcomed and discouraged. No job security,If your manager didn't like your working style or something personal about you, they can suddenly tell you to resign.
