I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. It common in organization nothing is different from other companies, but employee and management relationship is healthy and employee will treat management as a coligue only calls them by name not like Madam/Sir .
