Likes

The increment is good but not on time. One party and one trip a year. Thats the only thing to like about this company. Salary can come upto 12th of the month instead of 1st.

Dislikes

The work culture is the worst ever. You have to serve your boss not the company. Women are not treated well and the ambience is not good for women. If you like to be micromanaged go ahead and join.
