No work policies defined, the senior HR head is surprisingly not from the HR background and has to no policies defined or executed, They don't issue appointment letters post joining the company as well and the HR says what's that? No travel policies, no Leave policies defined, a gang of wanna be entrepreneurs are running the show just because they have money...

Most of the time the Workload is minimum to average, sometimes you get lot of workload. they mostly layoff their employees in Covid-19 situation & put IT Engineers salary on hold

They provide starting Salary very less to IT Engineers, & Salary growth is also very less & company not providing any facility to their employees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
