Work culture. People have patience to understand each other's problems. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. The entire system is so large no one knows everything so if a junior is working on a project the senior has no idea about, the junior could be educating the senior regarding same. Amazing. Work rarely overflows. The working hours are limited to 8 but the amount accomplished in those 8 hours are magnanimous. The teams are designed like a Roman Testudo formation without any gaps or weakness. Strong and complementary.
