The company ensures individual growth as much as company-level growth. It's nice to see how the management encourages us to bring our best. Also, the hybrid option gives freedom to work at our convenience. I think this policy ensures better work output. And as far as the office is concerned, I love the ambience and it's good to work with a team that's supportive and competitive at the same time.

The HR and higher management keeps saying there are no layoffs but that's a lie. The management team says there are great profits coming in but during promotions or appraisal there ain't anything to prove that. Anytime you ask a question, there's no one to give a straight forward answer, anyone will try and avoid answering any questions about the work culture.

Odessa has one of the best team cultures I've been a part of, Everyone is open to ideas, and we work together towards common goals. The hybrid work setup is another perk that I genuinly appreciate.

Food benefits, hybrid work, some managers were good, but they left or put papers now mostly women mangers left who don't want to take risks, they have limited exposure to system outside industry as they never worked outside Odessa. They just know some part of system well and taking advantage of the same. I remember this manager and under her some 4 people about to leave or left in year, still I don't think HR's takes into account all these signals. Thier future is secure but if you want to really want something to consider for long term growth better avoid it. As an organization it provides enough exposure to employees who have already spent good number of years in protecting them/growing them in all aspects. Few employees who have performed well/in good terms with the leadership get best possible backing in growing within the organization.
