2. They will not pay you on time. 3. Poor management, no job security. They can kick you anytime, without even having proper justification. 4. No growth oppertunity as management is not good and don't stick to the decision made by themselves. 5. I laughed for 1 entire day wheni got to know that, people got 500-600 as annual increment. I joined 4 months ago in this organization there is good infrastructure of new building and providing salary on time. Work environment is also good and colleagues are supportive about work and nice behaviour. There is nothing any pressure of KPIs or KRA if you are dedicated and passionate for your work.
