Actually ,I am working here in the capacity of full stack developer from the beginning, Since its a U.S based organisation ,the working timings are 4pm to 1 am but yes ,its not too much work pressure job.People are motivated to to do self management completely U.S style .They believe in their people.Tjough they say no work from homebut yes ,at times of need they have extended their full supportive. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
