The work culture is highly toxic. CEO and HR frequently hires freshers and suddenly let them go without any prior notice. Employees are required to address seniors as sir and ma'am which is hardly practiced in any IT firm. Most peers are dissatisfied with their roles. The working hours are rigid from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and the salary offered is quite low in comparison. The Tech Stack in development is outdated. Seniors are really rude here. There is a lot learn, you can build yourself into formidable after working here for 2 year because they give responsibility, they give learning, they put in a situation from where you come up as a strong skilled person.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and management is not good. Company is in transition phase so there is lot of uncertainty over it's existence in next few years or so.
