There is nothing to like about this firm

Dislikes

Whole firm operated by self centred persons who are the head of department. They suck your blood to get pleasure. If you leave before 1 year of your joining they will send you legal notice and ask you to pay 3 times of salary. Most interesting is that they will pay you 6000 p.m. and ask you to deposite 18000 if you leave. Again theyhire you as trainee and pay you in penny and instead you giving you training they will shout at you if you can't do any work assign to you. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
