The Office start time is strictly 10 am but there is no exit time most of the time it will 9 -10 pm the same way working days will be monday to friday but you have to work on saturday from office and on sunday from home .our manager is a disaster. he creates chaos everywhere constantly prioritized , overwhelmed, and completely incapable of prioritizing anything. instruction's are vague , expectation change on awing an employees are left scrambling to figure out what's going on . there is no direction no structure just constant micromanaging that as more stress without any real support. he dumps unrealistic deadlines on team suffocating any chance creativity or proper execution. this manager thrives on chaos draining the team energy and pushing everyone towards burnout instead of leading he just a source of frustration turning the work place into a place where every one is barely hanging on ....Read More
