Company has a high energy environment where everyone is heard. You can as easily access the leaders to talk about things as you can do with your peers and seniors. People are driven to achieve results and you will pushed to constantly learn, create, and evolve. Since, the core focus is work there is no space for office politics. Since everyone is focused on their own tasks you might feel unwelcome at the beginning. But everyone here either is ready to help you out or points you in the right direction if you reach out. This is one area where management can work towards during the induction period of new joinees.

Work Details

My role at NT is quite interesting and expansive and doesn't limit me to a particular repetitive task. I learnt everything from creating website wireframe and writing white papers to creating and implementing marketing strategies on the job.
