1. No clear vision; changes over time 2. Takes too long for the product to market. 3. No training/skill development programs in place. They just expect you to learn new things without having a supporting infrastructure. 4. Don't hire the necessary ppl in time... expect 1 person to do 6 ppl's jobs! 5.
