Nu10 encourages growth through learning which I felt is a big positive. The management is very supportive even when it comes to personal growth. The team members and colleagues I worked with are very supportive and generous. The environment is friendly. The work is the heart of it. If you want to learn and grow, and open to challenges you are in the right place.

If youre considering job at Nu10, I strongly urge you to not join. My experience here has been nothing short of nightmare. Firstly, there is absolutely no leave policy. Youre expected to work everyday, no matter what. Forget about having professional work environment-this place is the epitome of disorganization and high stress. The work pressure is unbearable, and you only get three sundays off each month. Yes, you read that right. Public holiday? You'll be working those too, and don't expect any extra pay for it. Every month end is a living hell, with the work pressure ramping up to an insane level. You'll be force to work 12-hour days, again with no extra pay. They don't believe in rewarding hard work here. Training? Non-existent. You're thrown into the deep end from the first week and expected to delivery top results immediately. The lack of support and guidance is shocking. Don't expect any incentives either. Your salary is calculated on an hourly basis which is just another way for them to exploit you. And get ready to hear a ton of lies from everyone. Forget your personal life and sacrifice your family time and rub your a** down to grow them but they don't honour you 5. Good at ideation but have to improve on execution
