I have been associated with Nu10 Technologies for 2 years now. Considering this is my first job, it has been a great learning process. I have been taught right from the basics and the trainings have always been about giving you maximum space to learn understand and grow. I have seen quite some growth professionally and skill wise inthese 2 years and hope to continue my journey here. My project manager, and colleagues need a special mention because they have never tried to put me down, but always uplifted me. If youre considering job at Nu10, I strongly urge you to not join. My experience here has been nothing short of nightmare. Firstly, there is absolutely no leave policy. Youre expected to work everyday, no matter what. Forget about having professional work environment-this place is the epitome of disorganization and high stress. The work pressure is unbearable, and you only get three sundays off each month. Yes, you read that right. Public holiday? You'll be working those too, and don't expect any extra pay for it. Every month end is a living hell, with the work pressure ramping up to an insane level. You'll be force to work 12-hour days, again with no extra pay. They don't believe in rewarding hard work here. Training? Non-existent. You're thrown into the deep end from the first week and expected to delivery top results immediately. The lack of support and guidance is shocking. Don't expect any incentives either. Your salary is calculated on an hourly basis which is just another way for them to exploit you. And get ready to hear a ton of lies from everyone.
