Dear Employee, we appreciate your feedback. Employees have the option to regularize the attendance, mis punches for the day. Employees might be requested to support on weekends only during project high time deliverables that too on very rare occasions. We embrace open communication inside our organization, thus we invite you to discuss your concerns with your HR and RM in order to find a solution. We do not force employees to write reviews but rather we encourage them to engage in professional social media platforms. On a lighter side, I hope you didn't feel pressured to give this review!

Thanks for bringing out the following points to our notice but there are a few areas we could really help you understand. New employees are monitored to understand their skill sets and help them get aligned to our vision and culture. During recruitment and onboarding every employee is briefed about the nature of project, skills required and skills to be developed. With global setup employees report to managers in different countries. The projects teams don't usually work on weekends or reach out to team members unless it is urgent. We would like all our employees to value their time, so they have better work life balance. This requirement plays a vital role in career development.
