Nothing much as I'm still working from Home, I heard that employee will be having good benefits comparing to other MNC companies like shift allowances, food and other benefits.

As a DBA I'm working for multiple clients at a time which is so irritating, Ticket count is so high even work continuously still there are lot of tickets left

Management is very good. You will have exposure to reach to any level person in the organisation you have no restriction to talk to them.

Managers are very toxic in my team and lots of politics inside.. They will not give you time to improve they put into PIP without any notification and make u resign yourself by humiliating the employee.
